01 What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments via Stripe (supporting major credit cards), Airwallex, and T/T (Bank Transfer).

Please note that we do not accept PayPal at this time.

02 Can I get an invoice for my order?

Yes. We provide Proforma Invoices and Commercial Invoices upon request. Please include your billing details in the order notes or contact our support team after placing your order.

03 When will my order ship, and how long will it take to arrive?

For in-stock items, we typically ship within 24–48 hours. For detailed delivery times and shipping methods, please refer to our "Shipping & Delivery" policy page.

04 Can I apply for a refund?

Generally, we do not accept refund requests. Refunds are only considered under specific, exceptional circumstances (e.g., verified factory defects or incorrect items sent by us) following a formal review.

Please double-check your part numbers before finalizing your purchase.

05 Can I exchange an item?

We can process an exchange if the following conditions are met:

  • The item is in its original, undamaged packaging.
  • The item is completely unused, never installed, and in resalable condition.
  • Shipping Costs: All shipping fees associated with the exchange (both return and reshipping) are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
06 Can I apply for a credit account or Net terms?

No. We do not offer credit accounts or deferred payment terms at this time. All orders must be paid in full prior to shipment.
