Selection & Ordering

Please verify technical specifications before ordering. As connectors are high-precision components, we generally cannot accept returns for change of mind or incorrect selection if the product matches the order.

Shipping Costs

If a return is mutually agreed upon:

• Return Shipping: To be paid by the buyer.
• Original Shipping Deduction: The actual cost of original shipping paid by SaleDeutsch will be deducted from your total refund amount.

Return Requirements & Process

To ensure a smooth refund process:

• Condition: Items must be in original packaging, unused, and in resalable condition.
• Prior Authorization: Please contact our support team for confirmation before shipping items back. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
• Tracking: We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Risk of loss or damage during transit is the sender's responsibility.

Refund Timeline

Refunds (net of original shipping) will be processed within 30 days of receiving and inspecting the returned goods. This includes transit, internal processing, and bank handling times.

Warranty

• Claims: Must be submitted within the warranty period with proof of purchase and a fault description.
• Coverage: Warranty follows OEM policies and does not cover damage from incorrect installation, misuse, modification, or extreme environments.
• Limitation: SaleDeutsch is not liable for consequential damages, labor costs for removal/refitting, or equipment downtime.
